WHOLESALE POLICY

• We’re open to fulfilling bulk orders. The discounts that we offer depend on the product and the total invoice amount. 

• We ship worldwide! And we encourage orders from anywhere around the world. 

• If you express an interest in any Project Purkul products that are not on the website or webstore, we can send you images or samples.

• Discounts will be available on the total invoice value, but this does not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be treated separately. Our team will try our best to ensure that the delivery is timely and we’ll keep your deadline information in mind. Please Note: We offer volume discounts, and cannot accept returns on bulk orders.

• Once we receive your request, we will call/email you from our end with product pricing and estimated delivery time. Upon your registration with us as a bulk buyer, you will receive product promotions from our end from time to time if you wish.

PROJECT PURKUL SPECIAL ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The prices quoted are FOB New Delhi, India. This entails that the price is not inclusive of shipping/custom duties or any taxes realized during the time that the goods are delivered. 

• All of our shipments are sent via FedEx, DTDC, and Blue Dart. 

• The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees realized at the time of delivery.

• All orders must be paid in full by credit card. They must be prepaid in full at the time of placing the order.

• Once the order is ready to be shipped, the credit card that belongs to the customer will be billed for the shipping charges prior to shipping. 

• Project Purkul will not accept any returns on special orders.

• Samples will have to be paid in order to have them shipped. The bulk order will be approved only after the sample is approved. Payment for the sample has to be made beforehand.

• Project Purkul will ship the order according to the estimated delivery date. If there are any changes due to unforeseen circumstances, we will update you with the new expected delivery date.
